Kenridge Chardonnay bottling

Has come out nicely, though of course undrinkably warm. FG 0.994.

Had a bit of a problem getting the bottom inch of wine out, will try again after the sediment has resettled.

Chardonnay tasting

Been racked for a while and seems clear; took a bottle. Little cloudier than it looks in the demijohn, but fine to drink; not as dry as most commercial Chardonnays; doesn't taste like the rat's piss you usually find in cheap wines, so I'm happy with the result!
