Racking lychee chardonnay

This has cleared wonderfully, and reached dryness at 0994. Very little sediment, and very stable sediment at that - perfect! Added 1tsp sodium metabisulphite to aid clearing, and shook, which gave off a fair bit of gas at the start. I don't like adding synthetic chemicals to brews when they don't need them, but this would be good to drink next week, and sulphites help speed things up.

Also added the chitosan and kiselsol supplied with the Beaverdale kit, as per the instructions.

edit: just noticed - I hit the predicted final gravity right on the nose!
