Lychee and Peach - secondary ferm

Bit too much liquid in the bucket so split into two batches. Very acidic; added a tin bit of tannin to compensate. Also noticed that OG was 1045 - way below the specified 1090 - so topped up with a kilo of sugar overall. Will leave for a while to see if fermentation resums. Probably worth using a bit of yeast nutrient at the start next time.

You can see where the sugar has sunk to the bottom of the demijohn, giving a thick golden colour (it's demerara).

Here's the remainder in the bucket.
