Ginger beer - taken to dryness and bottled
FG: 0989, for a max abv of 9.0%; no fizz, and still a light sediment. Could have a little more body. If this is to realise its potential - perhaps a liquer around 20% - it'd need a lot more sugar to brew with, and then some acids and tannin to add body, and yeast nutrient.
