Molasses stout to secondary fermentation
Lost a bit of volume (thankfully); add an extra litre, including a further 500g of molasses. Not as thick or clear as I'd like; but the the oats have left a fair bit of dusty debris in the brew, and no finings have gone in yet (will put in gelatine later). Not as dark or thick as I'd like either - and I've no idea how to drink over 40 pints of stout when it's done - but I'm sure a method will emerge!
