Ginger beer drinking

Well, that's pretty much finished - what an excellent recipe - will definitely do another batch! Tastes best after about 10-14 days; gets very dry and strong after that. The bottom part (with all the yeast) is still brewing away to dryness. The rest hit about 8.1% in bottles, retaining a bit of fizz but not enough to cause explosions - though it wasn't left long!
