Edme Stout bottling

Placed as much of this as would fit into 18 half-litre bottles, primed with a quarter of a teaspoon of refined sugar each.

Beautiful stuff. A sheet of gelatine, cut and dissolved in boiling water, was added to the racked stout about a week ago to help it clear - which worked.
