Edme lager racking

Great stuff! FG of 1007, for an abv of 3.5%. Hardly any sediment. Not at all clear, and also hasn't been lagered, so the flavour's a bit interesting - mostly lager but a little ale-ly.

Had trouble taking the siphon out of my mouth when starting transfers, which has to be a good sign! Also it smells much better now. Reduced by about 3L in volume.

Overall, a success.
