Ginger beer tasting

Decanted 4L of this brew on day 10; gravity = 1.028 (so about 3.7%abv). Slightly fizzy. Might've put a bit too much potassium sorbate in - initial taste was a little bleachy. Bottles devoured - success! It's still bubbling away.
