Ginger beer brewing

Started fermentation of Dave's Ginger Beer. This recipe takes a lot of sugar and is quite sticky! Used a mix of cane, demarara and muscavado sugars, and good fresh ginger. Used Gervin GV3 yeast; OG 1.056.
