Edme German-style lager recipe

  • Warm can of extract
  • Pour into 25L fermentation vessel
  • Add 3L boiling water
  • Add any additional sugar
  • Mix well
  • Make up to 23L with chlorine free cold water
  • Check temperature, 18°C-22°C is great
  • Pitch lager yeast
  • Ferment until dry
  • Drink!
