Edme German-style lager recipe
- Warm can of extract
- Pour into 25L fermentation vessel
- Add 3L boiling water
- Add any additional sugar
- Mix well
- Make up to 23L with chlorine free cold water
- Check temperature, 18°C-22°C is great
- Pitch lager yeast
- Ferment until dry
- Drink!
